Wow. That does sound odd, Swill. But the Doc may not have made his reasoning clear. Sometimes Doctors say something that, to THEM, sounds perfectly self - explanatory, but is something the lay person has no clue about. Darn those smart people! Definitely ask your Doc what his reasoning is behind his instructions, and then research it. Good luck to you!

Paleo Challenge, Lose 25 lbs in a Month
What does the plan say about not eating legumes? Because I really like kidney beans, garbonzo beans, etc. Hate to give them up!
