I'm at the high end of a healthy weight range but at the beginning of 2010 I started going to the gym daily and was a bit disappointed in the fact that, although I was feeling good, I didn't notice any physical difference! Turns out, exercise alone isn't enough, so I'm going to be eating better as well.
My goal is to get myself to the mid- to low end of my healthy weight range, loose a few kg before summer and monitor what I'm eating so I have a better sense of how many calories I'm consuming day to day.
