ALWAYS hungry!
I've been reading about garbanzo beans being a great appetite suppressant. They are a great source of fiber and a good source of protein. I've increased my intake of water and added garbanzos to whatever I have for lunch. It's strange, but it works for me. I always said that I had a bottomless pit of a stomach b/c I never get full. The last couple weeks have drastically changed that though.
