Valentines Day "falling in love" with yourself

Guidelines:
We have our eyes on March 20th, however, around Valentines Day I will ask people to post a photo of a "mid" challenge report. So, as a bonus, choose a size in between where you are at the beginning and where you want to be by Spring. For example if you're currently a size 16W now, maybe choose to work toward a size 14 by Valentines Day and then a size 12 by the first day of Spring. You can also choose inches instead. Guys might even do waist sizes and relate it to pants. The bottom line, choose something for you to gauge success by how your clothing fits and how you're feeling about the relationship to your body.

Guidelines:
I went ahead and put everything you need for the challenge in the "weekly" updates challenge section. Some of the later mini-challenges are showing up in week one already. You can check "pass" as long as you've taken some kind of progressive action each week toward fitting into your spring outfit. Don't feel you need to check "no pass" just because the time has not yet come. If you took action this week, you've passed all items in this challenge, including this one! It might be more exercise, getting all your water in or being inside your calorie range. You choose for yourself! You're either a complete "all pass" or "no pass" each week across the mini-challenge board.
