Married mom of three. I believe that my body is a gift from God. About three years ago I had just reached my goal weight of 150lbs(I lost 102lbs). Less than a month later I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. After surgeries, radiation and medication adjustments I have gained over 80lbs back. I am cancer free and now I am staring over.

Soggy, Soft & Squishy!
Just a word to the wise! try a small section of skin before you go all gung ho on your whole body because I had a very bad reaction to a major brand of firming cream and it burned for days! I usually don't react to creams or lotions but they put extra things in to do the job!

When healthy lifestyle becomes an obsession....
I log in at the table and my family gets it(I have an app on my black berry)! When I go to friends to eat I take a salad or other food that is OK for me to eat and no one seems to mind except my Mother in-law who is over 300lbs.One of my best friends tells me ahead of time what we are having so I can be prepared(now that is support!) My kids and husband eat almost everything I eat with a few exceptions. I am not running a restaurant so what I make for dinner is what they eat! In the long run it will be better for them. Good eating habits are a great life skill to have.

I am 35 and a mother of three girls. Two of them are teenagers and one has special needs.I work as well my job is busy but not overly stressful. I work with family, Children and Youth Ministries. i would like to be your buddy.

Ok! I know this is gross but!
Thank you for the advice! I have no problem cutting back on meat! I only really eat it to get my protein( I really like chicken). I don`t eat a lot of red meat or pork because it does`t agree with my stomach.that said I did eat half a pork chop last night and voila I had a BM today twice!

Ok! I know this is gross but!
It has been a week since my last bowel movement! I am eating my fiber and even tried Benefiber! No cramping or anything. I had pork today hoping it works!( I have a intolerance to pork it usually leaves me on the toilet for the rest of the night). I thought it was because I have cut back my fats so much! I don't want to take any drugs like exlax! I really don't like to take any drugs of any kind. Any ideas! Rolling Eyes
