I'm a 31 years old guy from Montreal (Canada). After living more than 4 years in Switzerland, I have now been working in the Netherlands for 2 years. In July 2008, I weighted 270 lbs. By mid-2009, I was around 180. I gained by around 50 pounds by 2012 due to the unability to exercice and lose weight at the same time.
I am now focusing on losing the extra weight in a more healthy way.
Short term goals:
1st of september 2014: 205 lbs
1st october 2014: 200 lbs
1st november 2014: 195 lbs. At that point I will try to start putting on some muscles.
Very long term goal: 175 lbs.
