How to continue old diet?
Hello, I changed my diet just to test the feature. I went back to the old one but now my starting weight has been reset too. Is there a way I put back my old starting weight?

Yeah I guess it's som kind of crutch (excuse me if the term is wrong, my native language being french). So I guess a bottle a day (16 oz) is not that bad (56 mg sodium) Surprised

Is coke zero (or wathever other brand claiming to be 0 cals) bad for the health? Confused Can it influence weight loss by water retention, other mechanisms..?

Tea/Coffee and weight loss
Do drinking a lot of coffee (or tea) helps to lose weight?? I'm kind of addicted to those two drugs and I would like to know if my addiction can help me fight another one (food) Very Happy
