I am a 44 yrs old female living in Calgary AB.
I have been over weight all my life and have decided it is time to change that fact. This is not the first time I have tried to loose weight but I know I am the only one that can do it, no one else can do it for me.
Here is to making changes and the new me !!

Basically starting yet again 2014 Oct 06 at 276.5 lbs - aiming to loose 106.5 lbs.

Help Fibromylagia Sufferer
Go for a walk. You may not be up to going around the block but start small - go up the street two or three houses and go home and take whatever time you need to do it. Work your way up until you do make it all the way around the block then add another block. There is nothing saying you have to run or go far to start, just start.
