I'm a 52 year old man that loves his family. I have been married for 28 years and I have three kids. My oldest son is 28, my daughter is 25, and my youngest son is soon to be 23. They are my main support. I had to retire from teaching about three years ago due to a health issue but I started a second career as a full time musician. I'm the bassist and a vocalist in The Holiday Band( We perform some 200 dates a year. I also work part-time as a TV Host at a local TV station. I have always struggled with my weight but I want to get it under control so I do not develop diabetes etc. So far I'm fairly healthy but I know losing the weight will help me in the long run.

Chicken wings
I need some help. I eat chicken wings on occasion mainly watching sports on TV or tailgating. I see on the site it says one wing. Is that the whole wing or the wing piece? I guess I should be able to figure this out but if I am right in my thinking a "whole" chicken wing will either be 81 calories or 162 calories. I can have a skinless boneless 4oz. chicken breast for 100 calories so if the whole wing (two pieces) is 162 then it will be no more wings for me. Any help on this will be appreciated.
