I'm a 50 year old man that loves his family. I have been married for 27 years and I have three kids. My oldest son is 26, my daughter is 23, and my youngest son is soon to be 21. They are my main support. I had to retire from teaching this past year due to a health issue but I plan to start a second career in broadcasting and voice -over work. I am also a musician on the weekends. I sing and play the bass guitar in our band Whiskey River. I have always struggled with my weight but I want to get it under control so I do not develop diabetes etc. So far I'm fairly healthy but I know losing the weight will help me in the long run.

Chicken wings
I need some help. I eat chicken wings on occasion mainly watching sports on TV or tailgating. I see on the site it says one wing. Is that the whole wing or the wing piece? I guess I should be able to figure this out but if I am right in my thinking a "whole" chicken wing will either be 81 calories or 162 calories. I can have a skinless boneless 4oz. chicken breast for 100 calories so if the whole wing (two pieces) is 162 then it will be no more wings for me. Any help on this will be appreciated.
