I am a 48 yr old mom of three children (ages 22, 19 & 14) and wife of 25 yrs (this May). I have been on most of the popular diets and had success only with low carb diets, however, like all of us gained it back and then some. I have been diagnosed with high cholesterol and diabetes and I need to lose the weight now (not just want to). I know that I can stick to this plan and make it a lifestyle change. I have been successful in the past and I know that I can do it again only this time I must keep it off.
