Weight loss is a battle I have been fighting since forever :p I gain and I lose and the I gain again... I have lost abt 3kgs this time and want to lose more 2 will be great, 3 more will be awesome.. I am running out of time and effort :( My goal weight is playing hard to get and the sacle absolutely refuses to move :'( I really need to shed and MAINTAIN it this time.. I hope joining this helps! Did I forget to mention I LOVE food and HATE exercise :P still i am going to try my best :) and want to feel good about myself!!
