bottom line is you need separation from cals eating and cals burned and if your consistantly having 500-800 per day you will continue weight loss...

i had something similar (body bug) heres what i found...its super cool,...but keep in mind those are accurate but 5-10% very. And what you will find is you will burn X amount of cals in a day doing nada. X+200 if your out and about walking....and X+300-500 of you work out...so if you track on here with exercise it will get you close enought to make sure you have separation from cals used and cals eaten...
would be good if you have NO idea what your base cals burned per day is

real results real work...
From information from the book Optimal Health. It pointed it that only 9% of the people made weight loss happen through diet alone, and only 1 % through exercise alone, but 90% of the people did it with diet and exercise.

check out www.kimteam.net to find some products that support the healthy eating. All of the bars taste great and are high in fiber...

remember fiber makes you feel FULL with small amount of cal's used.
