I'm 45, a SAHM with 3 young adult kids. I gained my weight over the last 8 - 10 years. I'm tired most the time, uncomfortable all the time, and I don't want to continue this way. Also at my last exam, my sugar levels were in the pre-diabetic zone and my blood pressure was up again. I need to get in a healthier shape. I'm 5'2" with about 60 pounds to lose in all.

What kind of exercises can I do with a Bruised Tailbone and a Tumor on my Tibia?
what about "rebounding"? You would want the support bar, but from what I've read, it's easy on the joints and very doable for anyone. Dick Van Dyke "demonstrated" it on - I think it was the Doctors (I was channel surfing when I seen him, always a fave of mine and he looks so good for his age!) Research it and see what you think - there's even a challenge on here starting tomorrow. Just don't go too cheap on the trampoline, you don't want to risk a less than safe jump to save a few bucks and cause bigger probs if it "fails". Again do some research.

Chronic pain and weightloss
You may want to look into Atkins. If you go to their site forums you can read several stories of people who lose the acid reflux and the Fibromyalgia symptoms go away. Like cerobit eats - whole foods and lots of vegetables is pretty much what Atkins is - Atkins just has a structured plan on getting people started to that path.

Is Sugar Toxic (60 Minutes)
This is nothing new. I didn't hear anything that hasn't already been said by others before him. We heard this from Atkins, from sugar busters, from the flat belly diet people, weight watchers, the skinny b----- book, the no S diet, south beach diet plan ... I have yet to find a diet book, nutrition plan article, etc that doesn't say to cut out the added sugars and the processed foods. They all seem to say the same thing in the end: to drink your water; eat foods in their most natural state, eat breakfast, and move more.

The incredible shrinking product
I noticed some changes too as I checked customers out at the store. When you go to grab a can and your hand closes a little more than it used to in order to pick it up. However, I haven't noticed a decrease in the price, if anything they have gone up just a little, but all across the board, not just dairy for example, but all food catagories.
