My name is Johan and I'm a teenager trying to keep my weight down.
When I was younger I weight 78 kilos and were pretty unhappy aboute it.
Just a year ago I started exercise and stopped eating candies and such, which was easy since I've got celiac.
Meaning I can't eat regular flover. My training gave results at last and now I'm on a healthy for my age 113.6 lbs or 51.6 kilos.

Keeping my body tight is hard. Lately, the mile to the gym studio seems like a mile of lava.
So I'm focusing more on my diet now then earlier.
