Hi everyone,

I've been struggling with my weight for about 7 years now. Ever since I became hypo thyroid, it's gotten harder to lose.

I had a really great support group when I first joined WW in Halifax and even beame a life time member while there.

Everything changed when I moved to BC for my job.

3 years later, I am 40 lbs heavier than when I arrived. The heaviest I've ever been!

I am hoping to shed pounds, share stories and make some new friends on this site.

I know we can all do it. We've done it before...

Motivation
I've been doing Bikram Yoga for the past two weeks on a free trail. It's really hard... anyway, I went to a step class tonight (I usually find it a tough work out) and it was nothing compared to the Bikram.

I`m desperate. What should I do?
First of all - Lose the guy
Second of all - Love and respect yourself
Third - Be fit and healthy for YOU.

What a jerk! I'm so angry on your behalf!!!

Recording your points...
Wow! I have been over eating on the points scale! OMG! I guess I've been eating the right things or maybe the excercise has been off setting it...
