I'm a wife to a wonderful husband of six years and a stay-at-home mommy of three gorgeous kids. My son will be four in September... and my daughter just turned two years old, and my youngest (another girl) is three months old today!!! For most of my adult life, I have been a work-out enthusiast... but I am also a TOTAL foodie, so those two things contradict. I was able to stay relatively thin and eat what I wanted, until I had three pregnancies in 4 years....I got on fatsecret after having my second child, and enjoyed a lot of success. On the very day that I found out that I had finally hit goal weight, I got a positive pregnancy test.... and almost a year later, I'm enjoying baby number three!!! ;) This time I've decided to shed the baby weight a little earlier than I have with the previous two. Just started the SouthBeach diet a week ago, and I'm already noticing big changes. It will be an interesting ride as this is the first time I have attempted (successfully) to lose weight while nursing..
I'm expecting good things, not based on my efforts, but on trusting in Jesus! :) I want to be able to be an active, healthy mom for my kids.
