I'm a wife to a wonderful husband of five years and a stay-at-home mommy of two gorgeous kids. My son will be three in September... and my daughter just turned a year old. For most of my adult life, I have been a work-out enthusiast... but I am also a TOTAL foodie, so those two things contradict. I was able to stay relatively thin and eat what I wanted, until I had three pregnancies in 4 years....that's why I find myself in the 180s today. I've been on FS since April of 2009... and started out weighing 186. I decided to switch diets from Weight Watchers to South Beach (I'm doing it with a friend)so my profile weight reset. I'm excited to see how lowering my carbs affects my overall weight loss and my training. (I'm running a half marathon in three weeks)
I'm hoping and praying for continued success. :) I want to be able to be an active, healthy mom for my kids.
