I have been struggling with my weight mainly since 2008 (at the time of my first shoulder surgery). I had major complications from that surgery and other surgeries since which lead to me getting to my largest weight of 241 pounds. Gaining around 100 lbs. really effected not only my life but also my self esteem and confidence.
But now I am back! Ready to take control of my life and get back to a better version of myself!
