Let's see I'm 37, I'm married to the most beautiful woman in the world. We have 3 wonderful kids. When I'm not working hard I'm playing hard. I race motorcycles in the desert of southern California. We also enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and going to the river.

I spent 8 years in the Marine Corps so I have all the knowledge neccasary to live a healthy lifestyle, I've just chosen not to until now.

My first goal weight is 190 and hope to reach that by March 31st.
