I'm 28 years old and 166 cm tall. I live in South Africa. During the years my weight has gone up and down alot. My heaviest was when I was in grade 8 (82 kg). At my skinniest I weighed 63 kg. I would like to get back to that weight. My biggest downfall is the fact that I'm an emotional eater. Whenever I get depressed, stressed or even bored, I start eating. I'm getting married in October. I would like to lose alot of weight before the wedding. I'm using Kangmei slimming capsules and counting calories. The Kangmei takes away cravings and I don't get hungry so it's easier to stick to healthy foods.
