I'm happy with my weight for the first time in years. I would like to lose 3 more kg at the most. I gym 4 days a week and eat healthy during the week, but allow myself some swets etc over weekends. I do alot of cardio and strenght excercises daily. I do the 24 class at Virgin active (burpees, jumping squats, jumping lunges, push ups, etc). During the years my weight has gone up and down alot. My heaviest was when I was in grade 8 (82 kg). At my skinniest I weighed 63 kg. I've used Kangmei slimming capsules and counted calories to lose the weight. The Kangmei takes away cravings and I don't get hungry so it's easier to stick to healthy foods. I don't use the Kangmei capsules anymore, as healthy eating has become a lifestyle, so I don't need it anymore. I've kept the weight off for the past few months now without using any supplements.

P.S. You will gain even more weight than with the pill, if you go for the injections.

It depends on the type of pill. If it contains alot of estrogen, you will probably gain weight. I've been on a pill like that before and gained alot of weight and became very depressed, so they took me off it. I'm on Yasmine now, with no side effects. It's a "lighter" form of birth control. I can really recommend it.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I'm addicted to weighing myself daily. First thing in the morning before concuming anything. I've even taken my scale on holiday before.
