performance: losing 1.2 lb a week
I'm 25 and on a mission! I've had weight issues since hitting my teens, and saw the weight go up in high school. I graduated high school and went on to college, where I stayed around 240 pounds. After graduating college almost two years ago, I got comfortable with a desk job, and before I knew it, it was December 2011 and I was 260 pounds. Now, I'm on a mission to lose it!
Starting weight (as of 12/31/11): 260 pounds
The long term goal: Ultimately, I'd like to be 160.
The diet: No more than 1600 calories per day. Aim for average of 1250-1350 per day. No soda. 8 cups of water a day. No fast food!
The exercise: 4 days a week- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Cardio and strength training. No excuses. Kettle Bell exercises at home on "off" days.
Weighing: Weigh myself once a week, to not drive myself crazy with every little fluctuation. Just looking for a downward trend here.
