performance: losing 0.3 lb a week
This time I am using a combination of the 30 Day Shred videos and Atkins to lose weight, build muscle, and just feel good about myself. It is not always easy to start, but if always feels good once I do.

Current Goals: 245, do the entire level 1 of the 30 Day Shred in one go.
