Cheese & Artichoke Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Chicken breast stuffed with artichoke hearts and goat cheese.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Flatten chicken breast to 1/8".
- In food processor, combine artichoke hearts and goat cheese. Combine until creamy.
- Split between two breasts. Spoon onto each breast in the middle, folding breast over mixture.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes depending on size of breast.

Made this the other night. It was good, but next time I make it I will put bacon in it too. It was a little bland, but I think the bacon will be great.
