cholesterol
Well as much as I think the Atkins lifestyle is easiest for me to stay on, I went back for my bloodwork check and my cholesterol was 294!! Now grant it, I had not been on it real good through Christmas and New Years and the blood work was done on Jan. 5th, but I have got to get it down. Dr. is putting me on crestor, which I have been off of for quite some time. I am debating whether to go back to WW, which my cholesterol did come way down on or try some modified version. It is a hard choice to make, but being 58 I have to be concerned about the cholesterol issues. I just will have to make good choices of the types of carbs I eat on WW. I have enjoyed having more meat. : ( Has anyone else had this issue?

WINE?
I can always find a way to work in wine : ). I avoided it for the most part during induction, but have had two glasses since then. Trying to just save it for the weekend and have an added bonus to look forward to!!

made a difficult decision
I agree with Misshelle - it will come off - better slow than quick cause you will begin to make lifestyle changes! I have lost so much weight in my life only to gain it back, but I feel good about this time because my mind is different!
