Before: Woah.. THIS is scary. At my worst, 301 pounds.

i'm the biggest one! (blonde hair)

After: This halloween.. After losing 85 pounds!

Now I'm normal.. Like everyone else Smile

I still have a long way to go, but I'm glad I've gotten this far. These pictures remind me of how unhappy I used to be. I have so much confidence now.. I hope this can be used as some kind of motivation for all of you! If I can do it, you can too. Have a blessed day Smile

"Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. "

Holy mole guacamole! You have done such an amazing job honey. You are what this site is all about. You give me so much motivation knowing that yes, I can do this. Wow. You deserve nothing less than everthing!
Welcome to your journey - May it be prosperous.

Dear Lord, You are the beginning and the end of this great narrative called history. Thank You for writing me into the story. Though I play only a small part, may I play it well. May I honor You with my days and my choices and may I truly know that Your grace works. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Good for you! Pictures can show us things that are sometimes hard to see at the time.
