Today I got focused again and decided I have to think about my health even though I have a lot going on with elderly parents and 2 very ill at the moment. I ate better and I also did some exercises at home on this hectic day.

Walked 2 miles twice this week, but need to do better than that. This cold weather keeps me in more and being too idol. I just want to eat, cook or bake.

Well, after a death in the family I am more than a little off track, but thanks to a great friend I did get my walks in and I hope that helps with the stress and overeating.

My motivation is already gone. I can not figure out why I get so bummed and give up so quickly. I see the scale going up instead of down, so know I am eating too much protein or something as I have kept carbs down compaired to in past. Trying to think of what I can do with this hypothyroid severe problem before I become diabetic too.
