Discouraged as not certain if can do the abs diet due to need for protein powder and I can't take soy. I wonder if I can take seleium with synthroid tablet as I found on Dr. Mike. I am thinking I will go back to just counting calories or WW points again.

I am so glad to have a friend join fatsecret. I know following a healthy eating path together will help us both. I have decided after reading 2 abs diet books that it fits me, so am going to try to eat a lot of the 12 power foods listed.

P T still has restrictions on my activity level due to broken bones, but I have control of what I put in my mouth. I have to focus on fruit, veggies, lean meat and only a few carbs a day to turn this weight gain around. I am in control, so I must stay focused.
