I am a 27 year old mom of a 4 year old and when I got pregnant I reached my highest weight of 207 then after giving birth I went down to 180 and have pretty much stayed a little under that for the past three years. I have had a struggle with my weight all my life and I have gone up and down over and over. Well I'm done going up and down, I'm ready to be thin and healthy and stay that way!!!

Update: Sooo...My journey has been quite sucessful so far but I still have a long ways to go. I still have to tone and maintain. I would love to lose a little more but I dont "need" to. As long as I look good in a bikini I'm happy so I really need to tone up. I have forever wanted the abs and the V and I will acheive it!!! It is no longer an option (my new motto)! Not only have I made working out a priority I have definitly worked on my eating habbits. I'm not totally cured of having crap once in a while but I'm working on it! Its hard with a four year old and mom who weighs nothing and eats nothing but junk. lol. Things are definitly looking up and hopefully I'll be hitting the water again this summer!!!(aka surfing) Any questions just ask, I love making new friends and I would love any suggestions anyone has for me!

slimming down hip/love handles
