GOD has blessed me with the success with my weight loss of 65 pounds. On September 23, 2011 I began my weight loss weighing 260 pounds. It all started with me going to a weight loss clinic and as I was there my neighbor Irene stopped by and asked for me. My husband let her know where I was and When she heard this it upset her because she is a personal trainer and Nutritionist she asked for me to see her when I got back. When I went to speak with her and at that moment I decided that I wanted to follow a meal plan. The first month I lost 22 pounds.

Todays activity
I had a wonderful day I got in a 2.5 mile walk and 45 minute zumba class with my 4 year old son. This is the first time I attend zumba and my son enjoyed it also. It was awesome watching him dance and jump around.
