What Do You Have for Breakfast?
Omelettes most every day. Stir up 2 eggs and a bit of milk. Put in a greased (use spray olive oil)dish. I have a fairly flat Corelle bowl that I use. Microwave for 1 minute. Add ingredients of choice on top the mostly cooked eggs. Microwave one more minute. Enjoy!

WHAT items do you like in your salad?
Went to make a salad for dinner the other night. The old standard of lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheese was about to get a makeover. Added a chopped Fuji apple, a small box of raisins, and dried pineapple to the lettuce instead of the veggies. Topped off with shredded mozzerella cheese. It was a nice change, and the kids loved it!
