My friends use that too and they love it. I plan on just burning a copy of it so I can see how I like it. Fluidity is also a good workout dvd if your looking to tone and firm. I've been using it for a couple years so I want to try p90x to kind of mix things up but definately look into fluidity- It involves a dance bar but it's not dancey. Definately gives you a dancers body though!

well it looks like you posted this quite a while ago but thought I'd just let you know that fluidity is a great workout! Me and my mom both use it (she's more consistent with it though) and you definately see results. We've both been at it for a couple years and can't seem to make it to the advanced dvd. We're stuck on intermediate.
