I've always been a little pudgy, but the last few years it's gotten out of control. I worked 3 jobs while in law school, and dealt with the stress of the bar exam by eating. It didn't help that my first job required me to work 70 hrs per week, and most nights we'd all order in CPK. Then came the unemployed months...
I have a new job - 40 hrs per week!!! - which allows me to run pretty much every night. LOVING IT! I'm also getting enough sleep at night. And I have more of a purpose with my diet - being healthy! I'm trying to eat less processed foods, and less preseratives/pesticides in general. Also kicking the dependency on diet soda.
So far, my healthier lifestyle is working and I'm confident that this is the year for me. Perfect 10 in 2010!
