WHAT items do you like in your salad?
I like namely lettuce, chopped green pepper, cucumbers and garlic pickles..with shredded cheddar and a hard boiled egg atop...not too big on tomatoes and other veggies or fruits..i do some fruits in smoothies ..like water melon , bananas, strawberries and blue berries ...sometime I may add the blue berries in my salad as well...just adding my two cents Smile

i only drink maybe a can of diet pop a day so thats no biggie really...i do know i need to cut back on the white break..but my body seems to need those carbs..or i get really seriously tired..o.0
