I am 26 years old, and in the worst shape of my life. Three years ago I was sitting at 190lbs, and then I wake up and all of a sudden I am at 260. Part is the job I now have, but mainly its just about making bad choices. I live in Houston.

I went out and bought one of those rubber band braclets, and promised myself that as long as I wore it I would stick to eating well. And if I wasnt going to get well then I had to take it off. This gesture actually works, as it makes you accountable. Good luck
