Former Clevelander, now a Floridian. Love to ride my Shadow Aero and love spending time with all my family. Life is great.
Started this last attempt at loosing weight at 236 in Sept. of last year and currently down to 152 as of today 8/11/14.
Gained back weight up to 191 in July of 2019. Started a 1200 calories diet eating plan and not giving up. Trying to retrain my brain to eat healthy.

The doctors office said no salads because of the carbs. They told me no more than 15 to 20 a day. I just can't see that as being healthy. Yea, it helps with keytosis but I am baffled. I always thought salad was good for you.

The premade salads come with the dressings and are premeasured so I would guess that those calories are included with the whole amount of calories for the entire bowl.

I don't know anymore. I am just so frustrated even though what has been working in the past no longer makes me happy. I went from a size 22 to a 12. Everybody has been telling me not to loose any more weight. I don't want to be a toothpick.

Thank you for reading my post. You must be an early bird like me. I am watching that video on Yonanas. My question is bananas are so high in sugar. Will it do the same with plums, blue berries, cherries and strawberries?

Mummy, where did you buy that machine. Is it expensive? Oh I feel so bloated today. I take pain meds also and I find myself craving something when I take them. Sugar has been my go to. Yesterday, when I woke up, I weighed myself. It said 152. something. Right that minute, I said today is gona be an eat what you want day and sure enough, I did that. So today, I started by walking my dog around the perimeter of our hotel, then some leg exercises on the bed and then started reading the posts from this site. I need to get back into keytosis. I started eating salads even though the doctor's office said no because I love them. I have been limiting the dressings I use and have been purchasing the ready made salads that Publix's sells. I spent so much money on this diet plan and so close to my goal. My problem is my mind, I can justify eating the stuff I am not supposed to eat. I have an Advant eas protein shake every day for breakfast and then a salad at lunch time. My nights, once again are becoming my hell.
Any suggestions
