performance: losing 1.5 lb a week
I am a 37 year old female with 3 boys who keep me very busy. I quit smoking Aug 2011 and now 5 months later want to lose the 40 lbs to make me a more complete healthy me. I work 1 hour away from home and sit for 9 hours at a desk. Right now it is wrestling season and that means a lot of running around to practices and sitting in bleachers most of the weekends at tournaments. I have a treadmill at home that I use when I make the extra 30-60 minutes and I have joined the local Jazzercise in October but seem to only make it there 2x a week. I am going to take a new approach and start counting my calories and see how that will make a difference. Wish me luck!
