The big guy! Always have been and always will be a large human being. BUT I would like to be large "healthy" human being that lives to a really old age. So, I am getting down to comfortable weight and will hopefully stay there. I enjoy sports and getting outdoors to do whatever. I would like to do a triathalon sometime in the next few years but I need ALOT more training.

I beat my 10k goal by 2.5 minutes this past weekend at the Cinco-de-Runo in Dawsonville, Ga. Official time 57:28. Yeaaa buddy!!
