Just introducing myself
Hi Amber! My name is Beth and I'm from the North texas area! I'm new to FS. (I keep wanting to type FB haha) Like you, I'm planning on making better choices to get my weight down. I just know that if I make ALL the changes at once, I won't survive. Let's work to get this weight off and keep it off! It's awesome that you're starting with an achievable goal. That's a great start.

I look forward to hearing about your progress - both good and bad - to give you encouragement to stick to your goals! Smile

I'm new too! :)
I just joined yesterday and have been trying to figure out this website and find people who are more like me. I'll be 30 later this year and agree with you about getting serious on losing the weight. I see all the ladies that I was in cheerleading with back in the day and even after having kids they all look awesome. I don't want to be in my 30s and overweight anymore. Sad

Pizza with no bread?!?!?!
Kme031183 - I know what you mean about it being hard not to eat the pizza in the office, especially when it's free and everyone's eating it. Maybe if you know in advance of when you're getting the pizza, you can bring a salad and eat just one slice. Then you're being good, but being bad just a little.

Foodlady - CONGRATS!! Losing 40 lbs is awesome!
