Thought I'd share alittle about myself now that I've been here for awhile.
I'm a chef and I'm finding it hard to lose weight. I'm always sampling and tasting and there lies my problem.
I rarely eat at work (because of the samplings) so when I get home I'm starving for a complete meal.
Changing the way I work is what I need to do and hopefully will find the support I need here at this little web-site.
I'm married to a wonderful man who is on this regime with me. (He's lost 15 lbss already.)making me feel good that I too will lose the weight.in time.
