I have not always been heavy and when I see pictures I can't believe its me. I am 50 and have four children and 5 1/2 grandchildern. I have gained about 90 lbs in the last 27 years and I do pretty good taking weight off but I can't keep it off so I'm going in with a new plan and I am going to lose down to 150 - 160 lbs from start weight of 233. I am at 227 this morning and plan on keeping a good track of everything this time and maybe I can teach myself how to keep it off. I will be watching and learning from all of you also!
