performance: losing 1.8 lb a week
I am a 40 year old mother of 3 very active boys. I need to get in better shape to keep up with them and be a good role model. It is very easy for them to glue themselves to the couch and play video games, but the love doing things outside. All of them have the potential to be very athletic, so I need to show them a better lifestyle. I also want to be very fit, would love to be able to run 5 miles without passing out and do pull-ups. I've got the muscles, just no strength.
Update: Doing crossfit and love it.
