I'm a grandmother and I'd love to lose 10kgs (22 lbs) for various reasons. 12 kgs lost would be great and would get me to within a healthy BMI.
Now I have more reason than ever to get down to a reasonable BMI, because I'm under pressure to take statins, and it seems the only way I can avoid this is to take regular exercise and get my weight down to 70 kgs.
I've always noticed that my appearance improves considerably once I get under 74 kgs.
