I'm retired from the DoD. Have a new bride, our first anniversary is on Easter this year. She is retired also. My passion is golf, which my bride introduced me to about three years ago. We go to World Gym in Honolulu nearly every day, and golf about every other day. My bride is a slim bean but I'm over 35% body fat. My goal is to drop my blood pressure readings. To do this my key focus and measurement criterion for the food I eat is to reduce sodium in my diet from 3500-4000 per day to 1500. Good Luck....
