I have been a yo-yo 'low-carb' dieter for the past 15 years. I am petite so 10 pounds really makes a difference in the fit of my clothes.
I have never 'liked' exercise...because it seems I've always chosen something else to do over it. Quite frankly, it bores me and I'd rather clean the bathroom!!
So, at age 48...(and 47, 46, 45) I'm ready to 'try again' and this time make it my last!
I will work on adjusting my attitude about exercise...so wish me luck!!

Paleo vs Low Carb/Atkins
I decided that I was looking for a way of eating that I could live with, for life. I'm going to do this for a few weeks and see how it goes (the weight loss). I'm thinking it will be slower than when I was on Atkin's. Has anyone switched from Atkin's to Paleo? Or vice versa? Would you please share your results with me? I LOVE fruits and veggies...but I also have a weight loss goal. Curious what I might expect. Thanks!!

Baby Fat
Yep, lose fat and strengthen that core. Everyone has a six pack, somewhere under there. Smile Not everyone will be able to get a flat stomach without some sagging skin. Just depends on our skins 'stage' of elasticity. Age has a LOT to do with it too. So if the prize you're hoping for doesn't appear, remember the prize you got when you provided a safe and warm place for your baby to grow! Look for the silver lining to stay encouraged! Hang in there!!
