Induction Breakfast sick of Eggs suggestion
That romaine BLT does sound good. I bought some romaine and a tomato last night and will add this to my meal planner. Thanks for the tip riggli.

I'm not crazy about breakfast either, never have been but since I've started Atkins I've made myself eat breakfast and I do feel it kick starts my metabolism for the day which has been LOOOOOOOW for a while now. Since I started eating breakfast I have more energy and don't get hungry for hours, where before, by the time I was hungry I was ravenous and would eat just about anything.
