I'm a stay at home mom/wife who needs to lose about 20lbs-I have had high blood pressure for almost 2 years (following the birth of my daughter) and my doctor says that although my BMI looks good I could still lose some weight. Not to mention I would like to lose weight for my OWN reasons as well :)

Thanks! That helps. I was planning on trying one item a week to start. Now I'm gonna have a hard time figuring out what item that will be lol.

So you're saying you added either carbs or fruits, not both correct?
