Don't know which diet to go on
Careful about cutting your calories too low, you may trick your body into going into starvation mode and starting gaining fat and losing muscle. Trying upping the calories to 1500 if you're swimming ...

I would recommend overall muscle gain. a pound of muscle can burn 35-45 calories a day while a pound of fat burns 1-2 calories. So if you can put on 10 pounds of muscle you will burn 350-450 extra cal ...
