A year before becoming pregnant with my son I reached the perfect weight. I loved my body.
Then came baby... and an extra 50lbs. I lost most of it with in his first year, then i quit smoking and put it all back on, plus some. By his 2nd birthday i had reached 160lbs, all that weight on my 5'2" frame was not pretty.
Losing weight as an ex-smoker and a busy mom with a 10 hour a day desk job has been the longest and hardest battle i've had to fight.
I have yo-yo'd between 150 and 160 for a year now and finally put my foot down. 2010 is the year, this weight is coming off!!
My goal weight is 125 lbs, but more important than weight is size. My main goal is to reach my pre-baby waist measurment.
