Looking for buddies
Hi there and welcome! I'd be happy to be your buddy! There are a number of groups that you can join as well. From the main menu, click on the community link and then select groups. For those of us that are 50 Plus, I started a group called "Women 50+ needing to lose 10-25 pounds", but there are a ton of other groups for different ages as well. Smile

Ice cream!
What a great idea! My recommended daily intake is 1400 calories. I try to keep it around 1200 to 1300, so that I can save up the extra calories for my occasional treats!

Kept my caloric intake low enough today to enjoy some coffee ice cream! Yummy! Smile
