performance: gaining 1.0 lb a week
I am entering my senior years (now 62!) but know that I have more energy when at a slightly lower weight. So I'm trying to lose 15 lbs, not quickly but steadily. I'm an avid golfer, walking the courses six months of the year, riding the other six. Plus my partner & I do both ballroom and line dancing. We both belong to a gym & try to work out regularly believing strongly in the benefits of weightlifting. Being very social is my weight control downfall...to much eating out & too much wine! I believe this website will be the tool I need to get back on track!
