I have been overweight since... forever. Growing up, eating healthy was not a common thing in my family; we love food [good and bad] and still do! I became more unhappy with my body as I got older, and I want to change that.

Over the years I have been struggling with my weight, gaining a few here, losing a few there; I'm sure we are all familiar with that. I'm tired of not having some sort of control over my body!

There are a few main things that I'm looking to achieve from being here on Fatsecret:
- To lose weight
- To adapt a healthier lifestyle
- To learn from others
- To learn more about myself!
- To get the support that I cannot get from family & friends
- To give my support to others

There are probably much more things to gain from being here, and I'm happy to explore that.

New Features Request and a bug fix
For your last point about the error message, this has happened to me before. What I notice is that my user name automatically goes into the "new email" section and my password in the "new password" section. I think its like that because I have my details saved so I can auto-log into this site (weird reason). Maybe its the same for you? Once I deleted that extra info I was able to update my settings.

What made me smile the past week is seeing how loose my jeans were on my body! I was like .. YES! Progress! lol.
