I am a 38 yr old mother of 3 boys(18,15 and 9)and one fiance. I have been this weight since High School. I am happy with who I am and what I have become. I decided to lose the weight to have more energy and to be there when my kids have kids. My whole family is in this with me. The younger 2 have no weight issues, but the rested of us do. I have decided that the best course of action for me at this time is to limit my calories and increase my exercise. While still trying to enjoy life. My goal is to get down to between 150 and 180lbs. I know how to eat right it is just so hard to do it all the time. Perhaps this site can and will help.

Cool Weight Calculator
I was thinking the same it says to maintain I need 2407 and 14 glasses of water. Where do they expect me to put all of that I get 1400 to 1500 everday and I am full. I have gotten the water up to 10 glasses. According to everything I have ready you are suppose to - 500 calories from maintain level to lose, and 8-10 glasses of water.

I use it. I didn't go for the free scam. I went to GNC to get mine. It hasn't help with weight loss, but I gives me energy and helps keep me regular. I think it works diferently for everyone. It is up to you if you like it and want to keep buying it. It is no miracle pill though.
